I submitted a picture for my listing, but it hasn't shown up on the website yet. Why does this happen and when will my picture be available?
Although you have submitted your pictures and they have been uploaded to our server, your photos will take approximately 24 to 72 hours to appear in your listing. This waiting period allows us to process photos for optimal size and create the best possible viewing experience for our customers. Please let us know if your photos do not appear during this time frame. We will address the situation immediately.
Why doesn't MyCTRentals.com list rentals in my area?
MyCTRentals.com displays all towns with available rentals in our search function. New listings are added daily. However property owners in certain areas of the state may have not yet signed up for our listing service.
We are constantly working to expand the scope of MyCTRentals.com. We apologize if we do not yet have listings in your area. Potential renters may also sign up for an RSS feed to be informed when there are new listings that meet your criteria.
How come I cannot finding rentals in my search?
We are currently working hard to ensure all areas across the state of Connecticut have listings available to our users, but we cannot guarantee there will be a listing in all areas. Subscribe to the RSS feed to be informed when there are new listings that meet your criteria, or check back often for updates to our listings.

How do I sign into an existing MyCTRentals.com account?
To sign into your existing account, simply click the "My Account" link at the top of any page on the site or login via the MYCTRentals home page. You'll be asked to submit your email address and password before being directed to your personalized MyCTRentals.com account. Once you sign into your account, you usually won't need to sign in again - unless you "Log Out" or use a different computer.
