MyCTRentals.com is an online rental guide for the state of Connecticut which strives to provide users with a unique online rental search providing the customer care and commitment of a small business, while maintaining the results of a large scale rental guide business.
History
MyCTRentals.com began as a joint venture and launched as an official business in late 2007 with the launch of the site. The goal of the development team was to create a professional online rental guide for the state of Connecticut which could provide visitors a unique experience searching for, and posting rental listings.

MyCTRentals.com currently distinguishes between two types of property owners: individual property owners and complex owners with multiple rentals in one area. Owners are provided a personal homepage, known as a "control panel", where they can manage their listings and contact information. The control panel contains the MyCTRentals.com blog as well as site statistics for each property owner.
